Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Senior Manager, Area Store Operations to drive regional performance and revenue growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional leadership. You will oversee openings/closures, maintenance, merchandising, and training across multiple stores.

The role requires 5 years in retail operations and 3 years in management, with strong skills in inventory, process design, and technology use in retail. Travel across the region is involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of retail store operations experience and 3 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in inventory and merchandising management; knowledge of process design and documentation; comfort with mobile devices, video platforms and PC software.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives to meet performance, quality and revenue goals across the region.
• Manage store openings and closures with smooth operations and inventory control.
• Oversee store maintenance, including ticketing, budgeting and brand standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with store management and logistics on mobile and CPE operations standards.
• Optimize store operations including staff readiness, cash, inventory and POS systems.
• Enhance merchandising and in-store technology experiences.
• Lead training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development.
