Job summary

Highwire is seeking an SVP, Integrated Marketing to lead the growth, evolution, and execution of its integrated marketing offering. This role reports to the EVP, Integrated Solutions and will build scalable capabilities, teams, and frameworks to deliver cross-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or marketing leadership within an agency environment.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing functions, scaling teams, and building operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs for priority client accounts.
• Build and scale Highwire’s integrated marketing function with best practices and capabilities.
• Productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings to drive client adoption.
• Establish frameworks and tools for collaboration, resource allocation, and delivery across initiatives.
• Strengthen planning, execution, and workflow across integrated marketing programs.
• Drive new business growth and develop integrated solutions addressing client needs.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor aligning brand, communications, and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, insights, analytics, PR, social, paid, influencer, and accounts teams.
• Translate insights and trends into actionable campaigns and programs.
• Develop compelling brand narratives with Creative and Strategy teams to deliver award-worthy campaigns.
• Own performance, profitability, and measurement of integrated marketing initiatives with KPIs and OKRs.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent across Integrated Marketing and Project Management.
