Job summary

Highwire is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to serve as a central strategic leader, orchestrating integrated marketing initiatives for key client accounts. You will guide content, creative, and social teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and drive measurable impact.

You will oversee project managers, strategists, and creatives, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery while nurturing strong relationships with marketing leadership across clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with strong client service and account management within an agency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic point of contact for assigned key client accounts, building strong long-term relationships at the marketing leadership level.
• Develop and champion integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaigns to achieve client goals, emphasizing brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, audiences, and challenges, translating insights into actionable marketing approaches.
• Brief and collaborate with internal content, creative, and production teams to ensure clear objectives and on-brand delivery.
• Provide direction and oversight to project managers and teams to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.
