Highwire is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to be the central orchestrator for client accounts, driving integrated campaigns and delivering exceptional outcomes. You will partner with content, creative, and social teams to translate client needs into impactful strategies and oversee delivery across project managers and strategists.

In this senior role, you will guide teams, optimize performance, and contribute to case studies and awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with strong client service & account management within an agency.
• Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing strategies & campaigns.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with creative and production teams.
• Ability to guide project managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary strategic point of contact for key client accounts.
• Develop and champion integrated marketing strategies & full-funnel campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Brief and coordinate with internal content, design, and production teams.
• Oversee day-to-day work of an integrated team, on schedule & within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance and propose optimization strategies.
• Advocate for client needs across agency teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows and processes.
• Contribute to development of compelling case studies and awards entries.
