• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or leadership in a mid-sized/large agency.
• Proven track record leading integrated marketing functions and building operating models.
• Experience supporting enterprise or B2B technology brands with cross-channel strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and performance of integrated marketing programs across priority client accounts.
• Build and scale Highwire’s integrated marketing function and team.
• Productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings for adoption across clients and the agency.
• Establish frameworks, processes, and tools for collaboration and delivery across initiatives.
• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and contributing to pitches.
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor connecting brand, communications, product marketing, and business objectives.
