You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and act as a trusted advisor to priority clients, aligning brand, communications, product marketing, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or marketing leadership.
• Experience leading integrated marketing functions within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise or high-growth brands with integrated strategies.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and advise senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth and performance of integrated marketing programs across priority client accounts, driving measurable business impact.
• Build, scale, and oversee Highwire's integrated marketing function, including defining offerings and building a high-performing team.
• Partner with the EVP to productize integrated solutions and create scalable offerings.
• Establish operational frameworks, processes, and tools for collaboration and delivery across initiatives.
• Strengthen planning, execution, and workflow across integrated marketing programs.
• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities and developing integrated solutions.
