Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a senior eCommerce leader to own the digital revenue across Shopify Plus, Amazon, and marketplaces. You will manage the full P&L, optimize conversion and AOV, and drive subscription growth in a health-oriented, regulated vertical.

You will work with the SVP of Digital Growth and CMO to set strategy, align with clinical and product leaders, and ensure the storefront and tests deliver measurable wins. Expect weekly reviews and a fast-paced, owner-led environment.

Qualifications

• Has run a digital commerce business with direct P&L ownership and $50M+ revenue.
• Experience in a regulated consumer health or wellness space is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Own the eCommerce P&L, including revenue, margins, forecasts, and weekly performance narrative.
• Lead merchandising, conversion optimization, and pricing across channels including Shopify and Amazon.
• Develop and manage subscriptions and retention programs to grow recurring revenue.
• Oversee Amazon and other marketplaces, and decide in-house vs. agency model for execution.
• Serve as business owner for Shopify Plus, analytics, and cross-functional reporting.
