Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a Director of eCommerce to shape how customers discover and buy products across the Shopify storefront, Amazon and other marketplaces, and subscription programs.

This leadership role directly influences digital revenue, customer experience, and growth of the eCommerce function. You will translate business priorities into an eCommerce roadmap and drive improvements in merchandising, storefront, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on eCommerce experience, incl. 3+ years leading a channel, team, or P&L.
• Proven success growing direct-to-consumer revenue for health/wellness/CPG brands.
• Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus and storefront optimization.
• Amazon marketplace experience with PPC, listings and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify storefront performance and key revenue metrics.
• Improve the digital customer journey from first visit to purchase.
• Plan and run A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and funnels.
• Collaborate with paid media leadership to boost campaign-to-revenue.
• Plan digital merchandising across bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and collections.
• Improve bundles, subscriptions, and promotional merchandising online.
• Monitor online subscription conversion, renewal rates, and LTV.
• Oversee Amazon marketplace performance, PPC spend, ROAS and listings.
• Maintain Shopify Plus tech stack and analytics integrations.
• Build dashboards linking site performance to revenue outcomes.
