This senior operations leader will shape strategy, operating model, and performance infrastructure, partnering with senior leaders to improve execution and align complex challenges with measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will build scalable systems, use data and AI-enabled insights to boost productivity, and communicate the function's impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven COO experience in sales or customer success within complex, global organizations
• Experience driving enterprise transformation using AI and technology
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills in matrixed environments without direct authority
• Ability to turn complex challenges into clear narratives and measurable outcomes
• Experience building scalable teams and organizational structures
• Preferred experience with data and AI technologies
• Deep understanding of AI, automation, and evolving technology trends

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for tools and processes that enhance team performance
