The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Health & Benefits, including Medical Stop Loss, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. They will mentor the Benefits team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of Health & Benefits or related experience.
• Significant Medical Stop Loss, Self-Funding, or Benefits Consulting industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Benefits group captive strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance to client service teams.
• Oversee the Benefits P&L, ensuring financial performance.
