Gallagher Benefit Services, a part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., seeks a Senior Client Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients and to lead Client Service Associates. You will collaborate with the sales team to enhance client satisfaction and deepen relationships across self-funded accounts.

You will guide renewal processes, prepare client presentations, and cross-sell Gallagher resources. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience or High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Life and Health licensing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Manage increasingly complex client accounts with a strong focus on self-funded business in collaboration with teammates.
• Provide high-quality client deliverables using Gallagher’s resources and tools.
• Support the Client Service cycle to ensure seamless renewals with a 95% renewal target.
• Mentor and guide new hires and account associates; assist in professional development.
