Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Enterprise Accounts in the Healthcare Vertical. In this role, you will drive growth for large enterprise clients by providing tailored benefits and organizational wellbeing solutions, requiring a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and exceptional client service skills.

Your responsibilities will include financial management of client accounts and developing relationships with C-suite executives. A competitive compensation package, including benefits like health insurance and flexible hours, will be offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ client service and/or claims management experience required.
• Experience with Healthcare clients is a plus.
• Appropriate licensing for Life & Health Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client contact to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Financial management of client accounts and annual projections.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
