Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid high school diploma or equivalent.
• Industry-recognized credentials or degrees in early childhood are preferred.
• Experience in child development, curriculum design, and safety standards is expected.
• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor support staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Lead classroom organization and routines that promote environmental responsibility and stewardship.
• Model best practices for the teaching team and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children during learning activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration.
• Coordinate family engagement activities and maintain timely communication with families.
• Coach Assistant Teachers in instructional practices and classroom routines.
