Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must meet one of the listed qualifications for Teacher Associate eligibility.
• Commitment to developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Lead classroom organization and routines promoting environmental responsibility.
• Supervise children during activities and meals, reporting concerns as required by law.
• Engage families through conferences, events, and ongoing communication.
• Coach and support Assistant Teachers in instructional practices and sustainability efforts.
