Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for teaching and child care.
• Experience in sustainable education and environmental stewardship is preferred.
• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Lead classroom organization and routines emphasizing environmental responsibility.
• Model best practices and ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
• Supervise children and document observations for growth and safety.
• Engage families through conferences, events, and ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum and sustainability initiatives.
