Job summary

McKinstry is hiring a Construction Project Manager for our growing New Construction Mechanical team in Seattle, WA. You will develop strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams, managing plans and schedules, monitoring costs, and ensuring safety compliance on site. A Bachelor's in CM/Engineering and 5+ years' PM experience are required, with OSHA 30 and scheduling software proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction required.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or SureTrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations are preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook – is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project strategies, goals and objectives for delivery.
• Lead project team including engineers, schedulers and field staff.
• Manage project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Monitor costs, change orders and subcontractor billing.
• Ensure safety compliance on site and with subcontractors.
