Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our New Construction Mechanical team in Seattle, WA. You will lead strategies and objectives to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery with high client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CM or Engineering and 5 years in PM/engineering/construction, plus proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Suretrak. OSHA 30 completion is required, with CPM/LEED as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or Suretrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.
• PE, CPM, LEED designations preferred.
• CPM/CPD language and construction financial software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner and other stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, schedules, scopes of work and change orders; monitor safety and compliance on-site.
• Provide input to development strategies, budgets, and project execution plans.
• Assist business development in responses to proposals and bid processes.
