Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our New Construction Mechanical team in Seattle, WA. You will set project goals, develop plans, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will coordinate with contractors and clients, manage change orders, and support business development. A strong background in construction management and engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera or SureTrak.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Architect and Owner for on-time delivery.
• Monitor project financials and change orders.
• Lead project team meetings and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist business development with bids and proposals.
