Job summary

McKinstry seeks a Project Manager to join the Prime MEP division in Seattle. You will develop strategies, goals, and objectives to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget project delivery with high client satisfaction.

You will manage resources, timelines, costs, and stakeholder communications to support successful project execution from design through completion. The role requires 5 years in project management or construction, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
• Experience with a General Contractor or major Mechanical Subcontractor preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, goals, and objectives for projects to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Identify required resources to achieve project goals.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Coaches and mentors project team members and defines responsibilities.
• Deliver accurate and timely data to support project forecasts.
• Assist business development in responding to requests for proposals and bids.
