McKinstry is seeking a Project Engineer for New Construction to join our growing Seattle team. You will support RFP/procurement activities, track current and future jobs, and collaborate with contractors, architects, and owners to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and drawings, developing scopes with subs, and preparing monthly financials. Strong ownership, technical skills, and teamwork are essential for delivering high‑quality results in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, proposals, estimates.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite required; experience with Salesforce, ViewPoint and Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RFP and procurement process; track current and future projects; review contracts, drawings, and specs.
• Assist scheduling; develop scope of work with subcontractors; prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Communicate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners; interact with project management team to solve problems.
