Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our New Construction Mechanical team. You will lead strategies to deliver projects safely, on time and on budget, with high client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with GCs, architects, engineers and owners, manage plans, schedules and change orders, and guide teams from design through completion. A strong background in construction management is required, with five years of experience and OSHA-30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Five years of project management, engineering, or construction experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify resources and develop project plans and schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for project engineering staff during construction.
• Define responsibilities and manage subcontractor and vendor billing.
• Monitor safety compliance and manage change orders.
