Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join the New Construction Mechanical team in Seattle, WA. You will develop strategies and objectives to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes project management, controls, and team leadership, with responsibilities spanning resource planning, subcontractor coordination, and change management. A senior PM engineer background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction.
• Proficient with scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera and/or SureTrak.
• Completed OSHA 30 class is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies, goals, and objectives to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.
• Manage project plans, schedules, scopes, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with General Contractor, Architect, Engineer, Owner and stakeholders.
