Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction for our New Construction Mechanical group in Seattle, WA. You will develop and manage project plans, schedules, and scopes of work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver projects successfully.

The role requires eight years of PM experience, a relevant BA/BS degree, and strong knowledge of scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, SureTrak).

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in project management, building operations or related field.
• BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient in scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects from initiation to closeout and develops comprehensive project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Oversees coordination of internal and external resources and communicates with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintains safety standards, tracks costs and risks, and delivers timely project reports.
