Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Environmental Senior Manager to develop and implement climate, biodiversity, and product sustainability programs across its internal and external manufacturing network. You will lead cross-functional teams to drive net zero initiatives and advance sustainability strategies aligned with Pfizer’s 2040 Net Zero commitments.

You will manage Scope 3 activities, collaborate with External Supply and Procurement, and develop playbooks, training materials, and decision-support tools

Qualifications

• Experience developing corporate sustainability programs from strategy through execution in a large, complex organization.
• Technical knowledge across climate, GHG accounting, scope 3 and nature/biodiversity frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate technical content for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs across Pfizer’s network.
• Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program, analyze supply chain emissions, and coordinate cross-functional implementation.
• Partner with External Supply and Procurement to advance net zero with suppliers and CMOs.
• Develop governance, risk assessments, and compliance programs for sustainability initiatives.
