Pfizer seeks an Environmental Senior Manager to lead climate, biodiversity, nature, and product sustainability programs across its global manufacturing network. Develop strategies, manage Scope 3 emissions, and partner with External Supply and Procurement to advance net zero with suppliers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance, track metrics, and ensure regulatory alignment while advancing Pfizer's sustainability goals across geographies with independent leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience or master’s with 5+ years or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience leading sustainability programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to translate science into executive communications and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement climate, biodiversity, nature, and product sustainability programs across Pfizer’s manufacturing network.
• Lead cross-functional teams and governance bodies to align sustainability initiatives with business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report sustainability metrics and KPIs to support decision-making and target setting.
• Collaborate with External Supply and Procurement to advance net-zero strategies with suppliers and CMOs.
