Qualifications

• Supports development of corporate sustainability programs from strategy through execution in a large, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge across climate/GHG accounting, scope 3/supply chain emissions reductions, biodiversity frameworks and product sustainability regulations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical content to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies including Scope 3 emissions reductions and responsible sourcing.
• Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and track progress.
• Collaborate with External Supply and Procurement to advance net zero for suppliers and CMOs.
• Develop and communicate sustainability metrics to support decision-making and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business processes.
