Job summary

Pfizer Global Supply is seeking an Environmental Senior Manager to lead climate, biodiversity and product sustainability programs across Pfizer’s internal and external manufacturing network. You will develop strategies, manage Scope 3 emissions, and partner with External Supply and Procurement to advance net‑zero goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of sustainability experience.
• Expertise across climate, GHG accounting, and supply chain emissions.
• Proficient in leading cross-functional teams and communicating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainability strategies, including Scope 3 emissions and product sustainability.
• Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program across cross‑functional workstreams.
• Partner with External Supply and Procurement on net zero for suppliers and CMOs.
• Monitor sustainability metrics and communicate performance to leadership.
• Lead governance, training, and playbooks for day‑to‑day decisions.
