Job summary

Pfizer seeks an Environmental Senior Manager to develop and implement climate, biodiversity, and product sustainability programs across Pfizer's manufacturing network. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive net zero initiatives, and advise on environmental regulations and compliance.

You will partner with External Supply and Procurement to advance sustainability with suppliers, monitor performance metrics, and develop governance processes to enable day-to-day decisions that integrate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master's with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• Experience developing corporate sustainability programs in a large, complex matrixed org.
• Technical knowledge across climate/GHG accounting, Scope 3, nature/biodiversity, and product sustainability regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs (Scope 3, sustainable sourcing, biodiversity, product sustainability, responsible supply chain).
• Manage Pfizer's Scope 3 program with cross-functional workstreams and Net Zero Core Team sponsorship.
• Partner with External Supply and Procurement to evolve net zero strategy for suppliers and CMOs; provide guidance.
