Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to collaborate with customers across industries, delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions and serving as a trusted technical advisor.

You will lead testing, data interpretation, and solution development while driving revenue growth and maintaining safety in industrial environments. This role requires travel and strong communication with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist preferred; or 8+ years of direct water treatment experience.
• Chemical water treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account management and revenue growth
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives
• Execute our Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water & energy sustainability and improve asset protection
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and commercial negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities for year-over-year growth
• Work safely at all times, following all EHS policies and procedures
