Veolia seeks a Lead Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to drive innovation and sustainable outcomes for a key industrial customer. You will blend sales leadership with technical advisory, mentoring junior team members while expanding profitable opportunities.

You will lead complex negotiations, develop service and value plans, and ensure safety and compliance across projects with a customer-centric, results-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or 15+ years experience in water/process treatment
• 5+ years in water and process treatment sales
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated strategic selling, prospecting, and negotiation
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
• Must have full valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Aufgaben

• Lead account management for a key heavy industrial customer, driving revenue growth
• Mentor Account Representatives and Account Managers, sharing best practices
• Develop and deliver strategic plans, service plans, and value generation initiatives
• Conduct market and customer analyses, present business cases to stakeholders
• Manage negotiations, price escalations, and complex commercial terms
• Drive sustainability-focused solutions in water and energy efficiency
