Responsibilities

• Greet customers when within ten feet and four seconds of contact.
• Readily service customers orders, weigh out and price products.
• Pull items to be cut and prepped for the day from the freezer.
• Cuts filets, chunks, and cubes per standards.
• Trays, wraps, and prices products per standards.
• Stock and rotate sushi items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Prepare seafood if working at the Seafood Counter.
• Displays merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Prepare sushi and other products from recipes.
• Complete basic cleaning of department and sanitize tools.
