Responsibilities

• Greet customers within ten feet and four seconds of contact
• Service customers, weigh and price products
• Pull items from freezer for the day
• Cut fish into filets, chunks and cubes
• Wrap and price products per standards
• Stock and rotate sushi items for freshness
• Prepare seafood if on Seafood Counter
• Display merchandise as per schematic
• Prepare sushi products from recipes
• Clean department and sanitize tools
