Responsibilities

• Cut, trim and prepare seafood products for display.
• Greet customers and assist with orders.
• Weight, price, and package seafood items per standards.
• Stock, rotate, and maintain freshness of seafood.
• Assist with sushi preparation when needed.
• Wrap, label and display merchandise as directed.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of the department.
