Eau Resort & Spa Palm Beach in Manalapan, FL is seeking a Sushi Prep Cook to join our Nobu Manalapan Culinary department. You will prepare sushi bar entrees, nigiri, rolls, and sashimi to Nobu standards, and assist with cold dish prep and ingredient procurement.

The successful candidate has at least 2 years sushi bar experience in high-volume settings, strong knife skills, and the ability to work long shifts, weekends, and holidays while delivering exceptional guest service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary training/certification.
• At least 2 years sushi bar experience in high-volume cooking.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, co-workers and management.
• Ability to perform calculations and work with recipes.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all sushi bar entrees and nigiri, sashimi, and rolls.
• Facilitate sushi and sashimi prep, and cold-dish preparation.
• Organize ingredients and procure items for the restaurant.
• Adhere to Nobu's guest-experience standards and Eau Resort & Spa guidelines.
