Job summary

This full-time role offers a starting rate of $21.60 per hour plus tips, with a swing shift Friday through Tuesday, 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of sushi experience and a high school diploma or GED.

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi prep techniques.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and Japanese dishes with accuracy and consistency.
• Apply advanced knife skills and ensure high plate presentation.
• Follow chef recipes and specifications for quality.
• Maintain inventory and par levels for assigned items.
• Keep kitchen areas clean and sanitize equipment.
• Communicate with chefs and teammates to resolve issues.
