MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking a skilled Cook for Jia, our four-diamond Asian Fusion restaurant. In a high-volume, high-standard kitchen you will help bring the menu to life with fast, precise cooking and elegant plating that creates memorable guest experiences. Starting rate is $18.95 an hour.

Swing shift, full-time, 1:00pm–11:00pm, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of line-cook experience and familiarity with fry, sauté, grill and

Competenze

• 18+ years of age required.
• 2+ years of culinary experience in a line cook setting.
• Experience on fry, sauté, grill and other stations.

Mansioni

• Show culinary passion by crafting menu items following set recipes and standards.
• Maintain stocking, cleanliness and sanitation of back-of-house areas.
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining culinary techniques.
• Practice seafood handling and oyster shucking as needed.
