Job summary

Four Seasons Surf Club Miami Beach is seeking a skilled sushi cook to prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls and related dishes daily. You will maintain the highest standards of seafood handling, quality, freshness and sanitation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include working all line stations, following recipes and portion controls, and ensuring proper mise en place for breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Prior sushi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of culinary experience.
• Proficient knife skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Previous sushi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other dishes per orders and standards.
• Maintain seafood handling, food safety, and presentation.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment across stations as needed.
• Assist with mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
