Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sushi cook or in an Asian restaurant within a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of sushi types, knife skills, and sushi-rolling techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes, perform basic arithmetic, and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Food Handler’s Permit required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions

Responsibilities
