Job summary

Union New American, located at the Westshore City Center in Tampa, is hiring SUSHI COOKS to join our team. We are looking for creative, hardworking Sushi chefs that are able to work various shifts including nights and weekends.

They are responsible for producing all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following Next Level Brands’ specifications, recipes and technique and maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sushi chef.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player.
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
