Union New American in Tampa (Westshore City Center) is seeking skilled Sushi Cooks to join our team across various shifts, including nights and weekends. You will produce all assigned menu items efficiently, following Next Level Brands’ specifications and maintaining strict sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience as a Sushi chef is a must.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
