Job summary

Cornerstone Advocacy Service seeks a Shelter Operations Manager to supervise the daily emergency services program, including 24/7 shelter, hotel, and crisis line operations. You will lead staff, ensure trauma-informed, survivor-centered care, and coordinate with the Senior Director to recruit, onboard, and train the team while maintaining compliance and program standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct services experience with survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, trafficking, or homelessness.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications are a plus.
• Strong survivor-centered and trauma-informed practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shelter, hotel, and 24/7 crisis line services.
• Provide staff supervision, coaching, and professional development.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and policy development with Shelter Coordinator.
• Oversee advocates' support and safety planning.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality compliance.
• Manage program operations, grants, and budgets.
