Qualifikationen

• Advanced university degree (Master’s) in HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, Law, IR, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with two extra years of relevant work experience may be accepted.
• 2+ years in case management, safeguarding, human rights or related fields.
• Experience handling sensitive/confidential cases and coordinating with stakeholders.

• Navigate and triage inquiries, provide initial guidance and refer to resources.
• Support confidential environment for personnel in crisis or misconduct cases.
• Guide whistle-blower processes and survivor support with ethics and privacy in mind.
• Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and capacity building on survivor-centered approaches.
