Job summary

Global Rescue is seeking an organized HCM Associate (Coordinator) to support core people operations, performance management, learning and development, and data administration. You will ensure confidential handling of information and partner across departments to deliver a positive employee experience.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and hands-on support for HR processes, events, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment at our Dorado, PR office.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working across departments to deliver responsive, employee-centered service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using an HRIS or similar systems (UKG preferred).
• 1–3 years of progressive HR or people operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for routine employee questions and manager requests.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs and company events with the HCM team.
• Arrange travel for employees and candidates (flight, ground transport, accommodation).
• Maintain accurate HCM calendars and employee records; prepare employment letters and documentation.
• Support administration and communication of company policies and annual HR processes.
• Protect confidentiality and proper use of employee data.
• Assist with special projects in engagement, performance, and learning.
• Support office administration (mail, supplies, building maintenance, etc.).
