Job summary

The candidate will contribute to quarterly reporting, policy updates, and training materials, fostering survivor-centered practices across UNOPS and partner entities in sensitive environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in HR, social sciences, psychology, law, international relations, social work, or related field.
• Two years of relevant work experience with Master’s degree; four years with Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential cases in a UN/international setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide navigational support and guidance to UNOPS personnel in sensitive matters (misconduct, crisis, survivor support).
• Support case management processes with confidentiality and survivor-centered approaches.
• Contribute to monitoring, reporting, and knowledge materials for safeguarding, IASC systems, and policy guidance.
