Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to support survivor-centered case management in field or remote operations. The role includes intake, needs assessment, recovery planning, and coordination of resources while maintaining privacy and accessibility for diverse survivors.

Deployment readiness and adherence to program guidance are required. You will document progress, ensure proper file retention, and collaborate with partners across government and community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in case management, crisis intervention, or disaster recovery is preferred.
• Professional language skills plus sensitivity to diverse populations are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and identify barriers.
• Coordinate resources from federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community partners.
