Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and referrals through Helpline and community partners.
• Perform trauma-informed screenings and assess immediate safety needs.
• Determine appropriate initial response and next steps for survivors.
• Coordinate warm handoffs to Casa Myrna programs and external providers.
• Maintain confidential documentation of screenings, referrals, and outcomes.
