Westwood Professional Services is searching for a Survey Technician in Sartell, Minnesota. This full-time role involves assisting Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, boundary analysis, and legal description tasks. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, knowledge of ALTA surveys, and ability to operate CAD software including AutoCAD Civil 3D. The salary ranges from $25 to $35 per hour. Great teamwork and professionalism are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• Knowledge of boundary analysis and easement preparation is essential.
• Experience with CAD software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center, is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and other tasks.
• Process raw field data using Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Perform QA/QC checks.

Conhecimentos

Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to operate AutoCAD Civil 3D

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Full use of Microsoft Office
