Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Survey Technician to support Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.

The role involves processing data in Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D, performing QA/QC, and coordinating with field crews and office staff. Strong communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced growth environment.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ALTA surveys and boundary analysis.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Ability to process field data and perform QA/QC checks.

Responsabilités

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and deed research.
• Do boundary analysis, easement prep, and legal descriptions, and compute survey points.
• Process raw field data in Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff; perform QA/QC checks.
• Support project coordination and adhere to company values.
