Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ALTA surveys and boundary analysis.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Ability to process field data and perform QA/QC checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and deed research.
• Do boundary analysis, easement prep, and legal descriptions, and compute survey points.
• Process raw field data in Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff; perform QA/QC checks.
• Support project coordination and adhere to company values.
