This position will assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal description, and computing survey points. Responsibilities include processing raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D, performing QA/QC checks, coordinating with field crews, and upholding our firm values and professionalism in a

Qualifications

Strong listening, writing and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, topographic surveys, preparation of easement documents, legal descriptions, final plat preparation, construction staking

Responsibilities

Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.
Process raw field data through Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
Perform QA/QC checks.
Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff.
Ensure division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are followed.
Lead by example with judgment, values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism.
