Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Technician to join our team in Sartell, MN. This role supports Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production, deed research, boundary analysis, easement preparation, legal descriptions, and computing survey points.

You will process field data using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D, perform QA/QC, and coordinate with field crews and office staff while upholding company values and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ALTA surveys and boundary analysis.
• Experience with deed research and easement preparation.
• Ability to operate CAD and survey software for production.
• Familiarity with field data processing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Professional Surveyors with CAD production and survey calculations.
• Deliver boundary analysis and legal descriptions for survey projects.
• Prepare easement and final plat documents.
• Compute survey points and QA/QC checks.
• Coordinate with field crews and office staff.
